Meet Tyler
Hi, I’m Tyler — a coach who cares about helping people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence that lasts a lifetime.
My coaching style is supportive, friendly, and technique-focused. I specialise in making training enjoyable and accessible for beginners, returners, older adults, busy professionals, and anyone who lacks confidence stepping into a gym.
With a background in Physical Education, I understand how people learn — which means I teach movement in a clear, simple way that actually sticks. I’m also a qualified CrossFit coach, and I am continually developing my expertise through new courses and hands-on experience.
I coach from XGYM Chichester a welcoming, small-gym environment using free weights, simple tools, and effective methods — no intimidation, no overcomplication, just training that works and feels good.

Small-Group Personal Training (2–4 People)
2 people — £60
3 people — £65
4 people — £70
Train with friends or family — more fun, more accountability, and still tailored to everyone’s level.

5 Sessions - 10% Discount (Valid for 10 weeks from first session)
10 Sessions - 15% Discount (Valid for 15 weeks from first session)

Private Group Strength Classes (5–10 people)
For groups, workplaces, teams or friends who want a fun, coached strength session.
