Hello, and welcome to Tyler the Coach! I’m thrilled to be your guide on this exciting fitness journey. I am a Level 1 qualified CrossFit coach based at XGym Chichester, with four years of hands-on coaching experience. I pride myself on creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds.

I deeply believe that exercise should be a source of joy and fulfilment. My approach to training revolves around making each workout not only effective but also engaging and fun. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, my goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable and empowered in the gym. Together, we’ll explore a variety of workouts that challenge your capabilities while promoting a positive mindset.

1-1 coaching
One-to-one in-person coaching provides personalised sessions tailored to help you reach your fitness goals, improve your technique, boost your stamina, and more. These individualised sessions are ideal for anyone starting their fitness journey who may be uncertain about what to expect. They also serve as a fantastic way for seasoned athletes to refine their skills, explore new training techniques, and push their limits. Additionally, if you're recovering from an injury, these sessions can help you ease back into the gym while understanding your capabilities and limitations.

Small group coaching
Small group sessions are available for 1-3 participants, making them ideal for anyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. These sessions are perfect for those starting their journey with friends or for anyone who may feel uneasy in a one-on-one setting. Class environments can often be daunting, especially for newcomers. By joining a small group session, you can experience the dynamics of a class atmosphere without feeling intimidated. Additionally, these sessions provide seasoned athletes with the opportunity to refine their skills, share experiences, and motivate each other in a supportive setting. Plus, they are a fantastic way to reduce costs.

Monthly bundle
